The Mission
Assist Business and Facility Operators attain a Net Zero energy profile via cost effective means and methods. This begind with conversion the LED lighting in most instances.
We research and provide products and technology that are advanced above other products, and ready for commercial use.
We always seek to offer the right product for the application. We look toward an ability to recycle everything.
Our measured rule is to keep everyone's costs to the minimum required to reach the objective of serving the customer well.

The Ethos
In every community there is a special breed of person ready to answer the call toward a sustainable future. I am that person.
As a member of the Team, I accept the responsibility of my chosen profession and goals toward a sustainable economy, society, and use of resources.
My loyalty to Community, Customer, and Team is beyond reproach. I humbly serve my Customer, always ready to inform to the best of my available knowledge. I do not claim to know everything and am committed to asking questions and finding answers and reporting to my Customer. I voluntarily accept the challenges of my profession, placing the benefit and satisfaction of all Customers before my own.
I serve with honor on and off the job. The ability to control my emotions and my actions, regardless of circumstance, sets me apart from other persons. Uncompromising integrity is my standard. My character and honor are steadfast. My word is my bond.
We expect to lead customers and be led by their best interests. In the absence of a clear solution I will take charge, lead my teammates, and accomplish the mission of serving my Customer best. I lead by example in all situations.
I will never quit seeking better solutions for my Customers. I persevere and thrive on challenge. My Customer expects me to be more informed and responsive than my competitors. I will draw on every ounce of intelligence to serve my Customer and draw upon the strengths of my Teammates to accomplish the mission. I never quit trying.
We demand detail. We expect innovation. The profitability of my Customers and the success of the mission depend on me-my technical skill, professional proficiency, previous preperation, and performance. My training is never complete.
I stand ready to bring the full spectrum of Team ability in order to achieve my mission and the goals of my Customer. The application of my efforts will be quick and accurate when required, always guided by the very principles I wish to uphold.
